Return & Refund Policy

At Oganian Gallery, each piece is carefully selected and presented with attention to detail. As all items are unique and often one-of-a-kind, we encourage clients to review all images and descriptions thoroughly prior to purchase.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of antique and vintage items, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that a return is exceptionally approved, all return shipping, packing, and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Condition

All items are sold in vintage or antique condition and may show signs of age consistent with their history. Any notable condition details are provided in the listing.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@oganiangallery.com and include clear photographs of both the item and the packaging.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
